Photos of the Art Guitars of Austin
Posted in Austin on February 24th, 2007 by Peter –Citywide art exhibits… some cities have their cows, other cities have their donkeys and elephants. I’ve even seen baseballs and bears too.
Since Austin is “the live music capital of the world” it seems that the city decided to commission different artists to paint replicas of Gibson guitars to be placed around the city – and they look great! I’ve been running around town taking stock photos over the past couple of weeks and have noticed these guitars everywhere. Naturally I’ve been taking photos of them…
